Agata Maida is an Associate Professor of Economic Policy at the Department of Economics, Management, and Quantitative Methods of the University of Milan, and an affiliated researcher at LABORatorio Revelli, Collegio Carlo Alberto. Previously, she was a senior researcher at RWI in Essen and a visiting scholar at the Institute for Research on Labor and Employment at the University of California, Berkeley. Her primary research interests include discrimination, wage inequalities, industrial relations, collective bargaining, labor market institutions, and the evaluation of public policies on labor market. Her research has been published in leading economic journals such as the Review of Economic Studies, the Economic Journal, Journal of Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations Review, among others. Agata Maida obtained a PhD in Economics from the University of Turin.
