Tatiana Mocanu is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Stone Centre at UCL and will join the Department of Economics at Columbia University as an Assistant Professor in 2023. She received her PhD from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2022.

Her work focuses on topics in labor and public economics, with a particular interest in the impact of firm practices and policy design on gender and racial inequalities in labor markets.

Tatiana joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in April 2023.
