Louis Lippens is an FWO postdoctoral fellow and lecturer at Ghent University. His research focuses on hiring discrimination and other labour market issues such as unemployment and inactivity, alternative work arrangements, and the role of GenAI in the labour market. Since 2024, Louis also serves as a member of the Flemish Public Employment Services Ethics Board.

Louis Lippens joined IZA@LISER as a Research Affiliate in March 2026.
