Hans Fricke is a Director of Quantitative Research of the CORE-PACE Research Partnership at Policy Analysis for California Education (PACE), Stanford University. He received his Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from the University of St. Gallen in 2016.

His research interests include the economics of education, program evaluation, and labor economics. Particularly, he is interested in determinants of student performance and major choices in higher education and the impact of technology on learning. Currently, one of his main projects focuses on how to overcome behavioral barriers to parenting with text messages.

Hans Fricke became a Research Affiliate in October 2017.
