Andrew McGee

Andrew McGee is an associate professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Alberta. He received his M.A. and PhD in economics from Ohio State and his B.S. in international economics from Georgetown University and was previously on the faculty at Simon Fraser University. His research interests include labor economics, the economics of education, and behavioral economics. His current research concerns the role of personality and preferences in decision-making and labor market outcomes.

He joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in April 2010 and became an IZA Research Fellow in January 2013.
