Fabio Sabatini

Fabio Sabatini is Associate Professor of Economics at Sapienza University of Rome, Department of Economics and Law, where he also serves as Director of the European PhD Programme in Socio-Economic and Statistical Studies. He is also Associate Researcher at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.

Fabio’s research uses theoretical, empirical and experimental approaches to investigate the behavioural and political impact of ICTs and social media, the roots and economic outcomes of social capital, and the determinants of radicalization and terrorism.

Fabio joined IZA as a Research Fellow in February 2019.
