Anna Sanz-de-Galdeano is an Associate Professor at the University of Alicante and an Associate Researcher at the Centre for Studies in Health and Economics (CRES-UPF). She holds Ph.D. in Economics from the European University Institute.

Her primary research interest is in labor, health and development economics, with a particular focus on applied microeconometrics and program evaluation.

She joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in 2005 and became a Research Fellow in 2007.
