Mathias Dolls
Research Fellow

Dolls Mathias Dolls received his Ph.D. from the University of Cologne in 2012. Previously, he studied Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics and the University of Cologne where he also received his master's degree. His research interests include empirical public economics and labor economics with particular reference to the stabilizing and redistributive effects of fiscal policy.

Mathias joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in September 2009 when he was a fellow of the Cologne Graduate School in Management, Economics and Social Sciences. He became a Research Associate in October 2011 and continues to cooperate with IZA as a Research Fellow after joining ZEW Mannheim in May 2013.
