Guest Researchers Program

National and international exchange of knowledge is at the core of IZA's research activities. In order to maintain its global network of well-established as well as junior scientists, and to complement the strengths of the permanent staff in Bonn, the guest researchers program invites a number of national and international scientists to visit IZA. Besides spending some time at IZA to discuss current issues of labor market theory and policy, many research visitors also continue to work on their own projects. It is IZA's policy to attract first-class scientists from Germany and abroad, to enrich and enhance the international investigation of important labor market problems.
