Tomi Kyyrä is Research Professor at the Government Institute for Economic Research in Helsinki. He received his PhD from the University of Helsinki in 2007. His current research focuses on quality and measurement issues in administrative and survey data, and on the effects of various social security programs, such as active labor market programs, unemployment compensation and early retirement schemes.
He joined IZA as a Research Fellow in May 2012. |
