Bertrand Koebel

Bertrand Koebel is professor in the department of economics at the Louis Pasteur University (Strasbourg). He previously was research fellow at the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW, Mannheim), University College London and assistant professor at Otto-von-Guericke University (Magdeburg). He received his Ph.D. from Louis Pasteur University in 1997.

Bertrand Koebel's research is related to the determinants of heterogeneous labour demand, production analysis and aggregation. He published his work in journals such as International Economic Review, Journal of Business and Economic Statististics, Scandinavian Journal of Economics.

He was an IZA Research Fellow from August 2003 until October 2016.
